A sprained leg restricted my movement.

I have been having a sprained leg at the knee for the past three weeks . It all started after a morning walk at the Taman Rakyat near my home . At first I thought it was because of the seafood that I took ( because I have been suffering from a slight ghout too ) .Normally it would last about 3-5 days for it to heal after the seafood or internal organ intake . Now it is almost 3 weeks my leg does'nt seem to get better . Now I begin to suspect , it could be a sprain muscle as a result of a hard walk . I have missed by daily subuh prayers at the local mosque and I have missed my morning walk too . I begin to wonder too whether I could continue with my morning walk after this - when my sprained leg is healed .
What more in a few days I would have to drive down to Johor Bahru to send my youngest daughter Fareen to start her 2nd year University at UTM . I do know whether I could make it . I hope and pray my leg would be healed then . Any where I could take turn to drive with my wife and my other daughter Eileen who is back from Dublin for a long holiday .She came back on 6th.June 2006 and would be flying back to Dublin in early September .
After having into this predicament now I realised how important is our health ,especially the use of our leg . Without the legs our movement obviously would be restricted and would not be free to move around as we used to be . Worst still we would not be able to perfecly perform our daily obligation ( prayers ) to God .
