On 26th.Sept. 2008 at about 9.30pm. when I just returned from the Mosque after the 'Tarawikh' prayers , my wife told me that another uncle of hers we used to call Wak Ludin had passed away in his house in Petaling Jaya . He was about 80 years old . We were not that close to him unlike the other uncles . Nevertheless , I met him several times and found him to be an interesting person but a little bit quiet . I think now it's left just two more uncles on my father in-law's side . Well , that is life . One has got to go when the the time comes and we can never avoid it . When you think about it , life is so short in this world . If one is lucky he can live up to 80 or a little bit more but rarely reach 90 . If you are not lucky you may die before reaching 60 and you would not enjoy your pension too .
I hope I could reach 90 , long enough for me to see my children and grand children grow and settle down . It would also enable me be to do good deeds in my preparation to meet the Almighty . I want to cleanse myself from all sins before I am prepared to face God . I hope God would fulfill my wishes . Amin .
Our daughter Farin returned home on 26th Sept. late evening for the Hari Raya holidays . She would be home till 5th Okt.
